Airline engineering across the aircraft lifecycle
Independent technical support for operators and lessors, from fleet decision to redelivery and from start-up to steady state.

Every aircraft passes through the same technical stages. It is specified, checked on arrival, managed against a lease or ownership plan, maintained for as long as it flies, and leaves the fleet in a condition that matches the contract. We group our services by those stages: Plan, Accept, Transition and Sustain, with Set up as the entry route for a starting airline. Each service can be taken on its own, and evidence carries from one stage to the next. We support narrowbody, widebody, regional and turboprop fleets.
Approvals and airworthiness responsibility stay with the operator, and a lessor keeps the same position over the aircraft it owns. We provide the engineering evidence behind their decisions, with assumptions and data stated, and agree scope, outputs and reporting points in writing before work starts.
Fleet planning and re-fleeting
Covers tail-by-tail review of the current fleet, extension analysis, replace, extend or restructure options, fleet sizing, category comparison and phase-in and phase-out sequencing. You provide the fleet list, utilisation data, maintenance status and relevant lease terms. We return a fleet technical report with option comparison, sizing, transition sequence and maintenance-cost forecast, in a form your planners can rerun. The decision stays with you.
Aircraft selection and specification
Covers technical requirements for the operation, comparison of candidate aircraft, a line-by-line specification review, configuration definition, commonality and due diligence on previously operated aircraft. You provide the network plan, fleet standard, candidates and offers received. We return a requirements statement, candidate comparison, configuration recommendation and technical annex content, including the acceptance criteria checked at delivery. The selection and negotiation remain yours.
Technical acceptance and delivery
Covers acceptance planning from the agreement, physical inspection, witnessed ground tests and acceptance flight, records and configuration checks, and discrepancy management to closure. You provide the agreement, specification, delivery schedule and the delivering party's documentation. We return inspection and test reports, a discrepancy log with closure status and an acceptance recommendation. The signature on the acceptance certificate stays with you.
Records and configuration review
Covers maintenance records, life-limited part traceability, modification, bulletin and repair status, and physical sampling of the aircraft against its records. Records stay with the party that holds them. You provide access to the records, the specification and the contract's records requirements. We return a review report, a configuration conformity statement, and graded findings with a remedy for each gap.
Lease transition and redelivery
Covers return-conditions gap analysis, redelivery work scope and planning, witnessed inspections, records package review, inbound delivery-condition review and programme bridging. You provide the lease, return or delivery conditions, aircraft status and target date. We return a gap analysis, a work scope your provider can quote against, inspection reports and a closure log, with each open item stated technically. Settlement stays with the parties.
Lease technical management
Covers technical reading of lease clauses, mid-term status monitoring, inspections at checks, maintenance-cost forecasts to end of term and technical analysis of maintenance reserves. You provide the lease, the aircraft's status and the reports you receive or issue. We return a lease technical summary, periodic status reports, cost forecasts and reviews of claims and quotations. Lease decisions and payments stay with the lessor or operator.
Maintenance programme development
Covers initial programmes, reviews against current planning data, interval escalation analysis, utilisation and environment adjustments, bridging between programmes and check packaging. You provide the current programme, planning data, utilisation and reliability data. We return a draft programme or revision, task-by-task justifications and bridging tables. The operator submits the programme, obtains its approval and controls it afterwards.
Maintenance planning and MRO oversight
Covers scenario planning, check packaging, heavy-check work scopes, review of provider proposals, on-site representation and invoice review. You provide the maintenance forecast, programme, provider contracts and availability targets. We return scenario plans, work packages, progress reports, invoice reviews and post-check reports. Approval of additional work and release to service stay with the operator and its maintenance provider.
Reliability and fleet health
Covers root cause of repeat defects and no-fault-found removals, reliability programme design or review, component reliability analysis and trend models for measurable degradation. You provide technical log entries, removal records, shop reports and existing reliability reports. We return investigation reports with root cause and corrective actions, programme documents and trend models. Adoption of corrective actions stays with the operator.
Modification and service-bulletin assessment
Covers tail-by-tail applicability, technical evaluation, cost and downtime estimates, embodiment planning and engineering, and post-embodiment review. You provide the bulletins under review, fleet configuration, check plan and reliability data. We return an assessment and recommendation for each bulletin, an embodiment plan and engineering input. Embodiment decisions and compliance with mandatory requirements stay with the operator and its maintenance organisation.
Systems engineering and fault diagnosis
Covers structured diagnosis of intermittent, recurring and multi-system faults, fault history and recorded data analysis, wiring and interface investigation, and systems engineering support. You provide the fault history, technical log entries, fault messages and shop reports. We return a diagnosis report with evidence, a fault isolation test plan, a rectification recommendation and a follow-up review. Release to service stays with the operator.
Landing gear, wheel and brake health
Covers post-landing brake and wheel temperature measurement by infrared thermography, cooling assessment, wear forecasting by position, tyre pressure analysis and prognostic models. You provide brake wear, tyre and removal records and operational data. We return measurement reports, a cooling analysis, wear and pressure forecasts, the models and planning recommendations. Maintenance decisions and dispatch remain with the operator.
